I have been a vegetarian as far back as I can remember. As a kid my parents had to buy it for me because I refused to eat animals. I grew up with morning star. But, has anyone else noticed how horrible it's been lately? They have lost a lifetime customer, me, because they may not have advertised it but the quality has become really bad.

I don't buy a lot of mock meats but now and then I still buy Morningstar's garden veggie patties (the ones with actual veggies in them and water chestnuts) they taste the same as always. Recently I tried their veggie bacon strips and found them delicious but they can't possibly be healthy so I've been avoiding those. So I am not noticing a change in quality at all.

Yes, those fake bacon strips are delicious, and too good to be healthy. I never had much luck w/ the MS fake burgers. Unless you doused them w/ lots of fixins and maybe cheese, they ended up w/ that hockey puck sort of mouth feel and taste.

I've been ovo-lacto vegetarian all my life, don't remember when I started with Morningstar, but their sausage links and patties remain a staple here. Still high quality as far as I can tell. I buy the patties in bulk at BJ's and put them in the freezer.
