Just how many times is the nay sayers proven WRONG just take a look at the success of just these additions to Tulsa. The Tulsa skyline just looks awesome. The BOK center and the Tulsa Driller Ball Park are great additions to Tulsa. Now we need to develop the river park the trails are great and we have one restaurant on the river. It's a start but Tulsa needs more development along the river Tulsa is good but it's time for Tulsa to become great it will cause large corporations to relocate to Tulsa it's a quality of life issue.

I agree with you , and see the next upcoming iconic projects
for Tulsa as these in order of "importants" (1) Riverside Park
(2) Historic Route 66 projects (3) The Pearl Street Canal Project..
" but" I see these project developing very slowly sort of
like "taking baby steps".Tulsa has a lot to do before it
place a "bid for the 2020 Olympics Games".....
