Is there anyone who lives relatively close to the park who would be willing to pick this up? I think it is safe to say Kerry might be to busy in life to get this done? I feel so bad as he did such a great job starting this. But we really do need to pin it all down now as folks do have to make plans and know details at this point. I did this for last year, but I am sorry, I just have so much on my plate right now that I can not do it either although we do plan to attend.
Last year we met at a different park, everyone brought something to eat or drink, met at a pre reserved pavilion with picnic tables and had a great afternoon.
Anyone up for coordinating this this year? We already know the place and date, it is just a mater of details now.
Or maybe I am jumping the gun and we will hear from Kerry in the next few days with all the details?

We'll be there (God willing) on the 18th and could do some shopping I'm sure. Is there a map somewhere of the facility? We could meet at the inn lobby (convenient for me but...) and then we could proceed to picnic tables or whatever.

Yay!
