Fulton could also provide a degree of walkability that suburban areas may lack as well. I dare say that Oswego, which is only another 10 minutes or so north of Fulton, may also see their share of Micron affiliate folks as well due to the development occurring there.
Given the the location of the city and in relation to its proximity to Micron, this may be a program for people to look into for those that want a walkable, affordable community in parts.
