^It has always been underrated and slowly, little by little, it is developing nicely. May be a sleeper city in the future between its location on Lake Ontario, having Oswego State and being only 40-45 minutes from Syracuse(Rochester isn’t too far via Route 104 either).
Wow.. I remember when I first went to Oswego that whole area in front of the Best Western and Subway was blah.. it looked like an elevated jail.
I cant believe how far Oswego has come...
