Looking for a a solid middle class community in the area with good schools.
(Nothing with bragging rights)

Anything different/better/worse about Lysander or Van Buren?
Seems like a nice spot.

It is a nice planned community that has an HOA, but offers quite a few recreational amenities. Is that what you are looking for or do you have something else in mind? What about your budget? Radisson Community Association, Inc - Home Page

I believe that the town of Lysander handles snow clearance and little to none.

Again, what are you actually looking for in a neighborhood/community?
