Was a bid even submitted by any area in CNY? I have not seen evidence that one was.

There was “consideration” or talks of a possible bid, but I haven’t seen anything official either.

However, I just found this: Buffalo-Rochester bid for Amazon among 4 from New York - The Buffalo News
It mentions a Syracuse-Mohawk Valley(Utica-Rome)/CNY joint bid.

I kind of wished that they included the Ithaca CSA as well.
