Hi, my friend & I want to move to South Carolina to get out of this crappy cold northern weather. Sorry we keep invading your area. We were looking into Summerville. It seems to be made up of alot of developments. My problem is that I have 4 dogs & 1 cat & a lot of these areas have restrictions. We also own a motorhome that we'd like to keep on our property. I also own a horse that I'd like to be close to. I found some houses that didn't have restrictions, but none were what I wanted. (old outdated manufactured homes) I also found a couple houses in Ravenel & Hollywood, but rather live in the Summerville area. (from what I've read about the schools, I'd like to be in the Dorchester schools) Another snag in our dream is that my friend & I would like to be close to one another too. Her price range is ~ $150,000.00 & mine is up to ~ $350,00.00. We'd like our daughters to be in the same high school & a good one too. So as you can see, I want my cake & eat it too.. Does anyone know if it's possible? Does anyone know of a development that doesn't have dog and/or motorhome restrictions? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
