I just have to tell you what I read in a neighborhood forum last night. What changes we've gone through in the last sixty years!
A person, I'll make the assumption that he was quite a bit younger than I, posted a question where he could get a haircut. He then followed it with a paragraph about not wanting any other comments and that he had a right to a haircut. He ended with, "Fight for your rights!"
Aw, sheesh. In my day we fought for Civil Rights and skipped the haircuts.
"Don't never have to cut it 'cuz it stops by itself."
Went grocery shopping today, got a ticket for going the wrong way down a one way isle.
Darn it.
Huh, seriously? How much? It happens ALL the time when I’ve been shopping. I’ve accidentally done it too but caught myself before getting too far. Others not so apologetic about it. Didn’t know there were aisle police issuing tickets.
