There are just 4 of us here this day - myself, wife, my brother, her brother. We all live on this same acreage but in different homes. We have a tree, background music, and a great meal (pork steaks, yum) and everything in the world to be thankful for. Not bothering with gifts.

So our (4 of us) best wishes to everyone here for a very Merry, and a wonderful New Year!

Not to take away from the warm feelings of the season but if you get called on the carpet for saying “Happy Holliday’s” read this: “Happy holidays” may indicate the entire Advent period, suggesting a more devout reverence for the season than “Merry Christmas.”
