So, you believe its all resolved now? no longer are these priests allowed to hide or kept secret? The Catholic church no longer has this problem anymore?

"All resolved" is an absolute claim that I would not presume to make. I can't say if sexual abuse in the Catholic Church is as rampant as it was 20+ years ago as I simply have neither the anecdotal experience nor the data at hand to tell. I have heard from people who know the situation more deeply than I do that much has indeed been cleaned up; but who knows?
