What does “creator” mean to you?
a) God and creator are the same.
b) Believing in a creator does not necessarily mean believing in a god.
c) Energy or a force that creates and transforms. A source of life.
d) Something or someone that brings something into being.
Question 2
There are three tadpoles in a pond. One tadpole says, “We were created by a great tadpole in the sky, that is all powerful and all knowing. The Great Tadpole molded us from clay; he blew his breath upon the clay and gave us life. And when we die we will worship The Great Tadpole for all eternity.”
The second tadpole says, “NO! This is all an accident. Objects from outer space came into contact with particles on this planet and the chemical reaction created life. We are here by chance. And when we die it is the end.”
The third tadpole explains to the other tadpoles, “This is a natural process. We will evolve and become whatever created us.”
Which tadpole is correct?
a) Tadpole number 1
b) Tadpole number 2
c) Tadpole number 3

I liked the tadpole story.
It was like the 2 frogs in a pond that couldn't believe when a frog visited and told them of the ocean.
Also, the Allegory of the Cave...reminiscent of that type of story...something to get
people to open up and think of different possibilities.
Welcome here, EL.

None of the above
All of these options posit a cause and as such fails as a prime mover is not exempt from cause either; it is called infinite regression. IOW what caused the cause or something or god or creator?
This is the typical illogical way of assuming a conclusion and then looking for evidence to support it.

Neither, option c is the closest but assumes an end goal.
You confuse metamorphoses with evolution. A tadpole becomes a frog. Evolution has no end goal or target to achieve, it is not what evolution is.
metamorphoses of the tadpole to a frog
This is typical muslim apologetics and we have heard it all before. Science explains it all, the qu'ran does not.

Are those talking tadpoles related to talking snakes?

for question 1, "a)" is the only misleading (F) answer
for question 2, "a)" is the only unsubstantiated equivocation. "b)" and "d)" are seemingly true by definition.
"b)" is miswriting and thus misleading, tadpole 2 should have explained he was talking about what created the first life, and then corrected himself and said we are here because it was inevitable in a closed system and our frog parents mated. "c)" is also misleading, that tadpole 3 should correct himself and explain that if they die as tadpoles they will most-likely never metamorph into frogs, they will merely become as a melted snow-flake and their remnants will nourish micro-organisms and scavengers... or the other possibilities.
