She really likes Windsor Forest. Does this neighborhood have a pool?
I can see on Google Maps a very small pool off of Grassington Way.
Thank You !!
Durant Trails/Durant Quarters has a pool (basically same neighborhood). Durant Trace does not have a pool. It's in the same area, 90's homes, similar price point. Homes in there sell insanely fast.

We used to live in Windsor Forest. You do hear the train at night but I actually found it pretty soothing and it never woke up my wife. A big benefit is your proximity to 540 and Capital Blvd. You have a Food Lion and Harris Teeter on Durant Rd too. The wild life is awesome. You'll see foxes, deer, rabbits, falcons, hawks, all kinds of critters etc.
