Saw previous thread about this, was curious if this area will support the prices being asked for the condos.
1 Bedroom 650+ 2 bedroom 850+ 3 bedroom 1.1M+. Got this from their website, will have the largest resort pool in N America! Will be interesting to see how this develops...

according to my MLS, there have been 7 homes sold in PC for over a million in the past few months, smallest was 3000+ sq ft

the most expensive condo sold was........................... $299000 and that was 1700 sq ft

so these will sell for 4 times the current $psf price ?????????? Right

Got past a local approval this week. Seems that county govt is in pocket with developer, expect it to slide through faster than plan approval for a single family home.

A lot of folks keep saying it will never come to fruition, but, all the properties to build have already been purchased, so, it's moving ahead faster than most think.

From what I have read, this resort is right behind King`s Gate, an over 55 community that we have had our eye on. Any ideas what impact this will have on this community??
