Are there safeguards in place?

If they only have to show a State issued ID, that is no safeguard at all.

Is this the next Dem November surprise?

Can Biden make the all eligible to vote?

What is the process? I dunno.

Sigh. No, non-citizens cannot and will not be able to vote in the November general election. The process is different from state to state but every state has a process that verifies the eligibility of voters to register and then to vote.

Bidan cannot make them all eligible to vote. There is no nationwide standard for identification, so Biden or anyone else can't just waive it or change it. You can relax.

There is no doubt many of them will be voting. How many end up voting is the question. I'm sure very few will be voting in Florida, which has strong election integrity laws.

Many more will be voting in swing states with Democrat governors and mayors, just like in 2020.

Democrats keep telling us that they don't vote because it's "illegal" but these same Democrats offer them protection in sanctuary cities, offer free education, gives them driver license and even Joe Biden and the Democrats wanted to extend stimulus checks and and free healthcare in 2020 but they don't vote, riiiiiight.

Politicians doesn't give anybody a list of things if you can't given them back their vote.

Id say we are safe for 2024 but if Biden wins anything can happen for 2028.

I foresee Trump being "allowed" to win, so the Dems can dump Kamala and then in 2028 they can run Gavin Newsome. The Left will spend 4 long years trashing Trump and the GOP to the point that no one will vote for them and Newsome will be a shoe in. Lord Help us.

Actually, there is no doubt that NONE of them will vote. Its illegal and has been for 30 years.

Yes, No, and No. This is pure Newsmax and Steve Bannon crap.

By the way, if a non-citizen tries to votes illegally, it's a crime for which they can be deported. How many of them are going to take that risk...with no reward?

There are exactly ZERO shreds of evidence for this. In fact, it's laughable to think that given the deportation penalty, any illegal would even consider it. Quite the contrary, voter fraud is committed by folks like Mark Meadows who has multiple residences and tried to vote in multiple jurisdictions.
