I made no mention or justification to the actions of the campus protesters, I respect their right to speak but that it. They have no right to impede, harass, threaten or damage school property the same as any other group. Protesters at clinics know the boundaries and the legal distances they must maintain when picketing and if they try to physically impede someone thats illegal, doesn't matter if you think they are justified or not. Got a link that show where "the FBI showing up with dozens of highly armed men to arrest people" over pro-life protests?

I agree "treat everyone equally under the law" but if those on the "conservative side" are breaking laws they don't get a pass just because you condone their reason. Same as arrest those on the left for breaking the laws but those protests are being addressed by the local law enforcement not the FBI or any Federal Law Enforcement.

You keep forgetting Trump appointed the FBI Director so why is he so unacceptable? There are as many right wing posters complaining that the FBI will be involved so which is it, you can't have both ways.

the FACE act is being used to go after people. we at least agree that people who break the law need to be dealt with in a clear manner. My point isnt that conservatives are unjustly being arrested and charged. It's that they are being given the full force of the law while leftists rarely face any actual criminal charges, and when they do they have people like the current vice president bailing them out and helping them along.

The FBI director is a trainwreck and a total failed appointment by Trump.

Reading the FACE act it looks like those who abide by the rules of protest won't have any issues but those who break them will. We do agree on some points but where are Right Wingers being disproportionately punished over leftists as you said? If you're implying over abortion protesters yes they lean conservative but it's their very actions that lead to the FACE act and why they are punished under it.

The VP isn't bailing people out but Fox likes to take one thing from years ago and make a 2 hours conspiracy over it.

They have the ability to know every facet of it. They may be run by the financiers of said protests.

Ok,….here’s another option. Since at least half of the protestors arrested are not connected to the university (neither students nor faculty) and it’s been shown that there are professional (paid for) protestors and some of whom were acting as instigators and agitators inciting the crowd to actions that included destruction of school property,…should the universities file suit against whomever is the financier of these protest to recover cost of damage to their university property?

Certainly there was some outside agitators where did you read half were outsiders at these protests around the country.

House and Senate kept the Patriot Act in place.
Anyone who has communicated with those outside of US is being watched and a file created.

The GOP has done it again. They had the opportunity to use their minority power to make changes and screwed the pooch once again.

The FBI might have helped set it up.
