This picture is from July 5th or 6th. We had a forest fire nearby and the smoke mixed with the clouds, made for an amazing sunset.

Yes, when I saw the sky and knew it would be a good sunset, I grabbed my camera, got on my bicycle and rode to an area with a clear view.
Here is another one taken in 1986. Maybe my favorite sunset photo.
