I agree; the same is true for Ladera Ranch, Las Flores, Orange Park Acres and Midway City.

The statement that if you live in Coto you have staff to do your shopping for you is really not true (all of the people I personally know who live there are reasonably well off, but they are down-to-earth normal families and not celebrities or billionaires), but it probably is true that if you live in Coto, you can afford to take the toll road. It's then really not that far from the freeway and you get there fast.
