Tho it takes maturity to find & appreciate what is important. It takes maturity to marry. A lot of people don’t have it. Divorces happen because they marry too young or too quickly…or they have unrealistic expectations. Drugs & alcohol may be a reason too. It’s harder to see the red flags when you’re in your 20s when adult life is just starting & you’re living on your own. People are going to make mistakes & no relationship or person is perfect ofc. Relationships are about learning & discovering who you are and what you want. It’s important the other person has relationship experience & and a life of their own too.

BUT, IMO you’re way off about the number….it’s not 90+% who have been divorced.

If the way a person looks takes the higher priority, that would also mean people are judging a book by its cover, right?

Physical fitness is important for health too. It’s a lifestyle…especially in OC. Ofc couples want to be attracted to each other but it’s only the 1st step. It’s much easier for professionals if they have a way to meet other professionals & there are many ways. It’s 2023. IMO, bars & clubs are not the place to find emotionally available single professional ppl who are eventually looking for a relationship.
