Jammie, you are right. My 7 month old grandson is so happy. Not like I remember my children. They both had colic. Seems like that is unheard of these days.

Habenera! Wow, that might be even too spicy for my tastes. I love spicy though and have eaten some pretty spicy meals. You know, one of the spiciest meals I've EVER had was in a Chinese food restaurant in Reno, NV when I lived there. It was the absolute hottest food I have ever had.

LOL! That's why I only add a COUPLE of drops!
I have a pretty tender palate, and I don't like food that makes me cry. The hubby likes it spicier so I usually add a little extra to his bowl.

That reminds me of a *funny* we witnessed recently...
We have a new Chinese Buffet in town that has a small assortment of pre-made Sushi rolls... To the side are a couple of condiment bowls one is Candied Ginger and the other is a "green paste"
(Wasabi paste)
My hubby came back to our table laughing so hard he was crying... seems he over heard one guy telling another "Oh yeah, That's the chinese version of Guacamole!" and the guy proceeded to add a large pile to his plate...
We waited for ages to see if we could hear him scream.
