Does anyone read this post anymore? It's quite old but I'd love some input. Hubby and I plan to move to Ardmore in March 2015 to be near my daughter. (March is when hubby will retire) However, it seems there is a rental housing shortage for decent houses. I don't want anything fancy, but I'd like a nice house at a reasonable price. (something around $700) Most of the rentals listed say no pets. I have 2 small indoor dogs that are housetrained and I don't plan to give up my 'babies'. Does anyone know someone who has rental houses that are decent and will rent to pet owners? Thanks!

As has been suggested before, you may have to drive up and down Ardmore neighborhoods you like looking out for FOR RENT signs. That's the only way a lot of landlords like to advertise.

Default Thank you

Thanks StillwaterTownie for your reply. As it turns out, we've decided to buy a house instead and have made an offer on one.

Stay away from the eastside of downtown and you'll be fine.
