Thank you for reminding us how precious life is..especially children...take a look at the thread on "Can you teach your kids to behave in public" on the parenting thread..hopefully some of those parents who call the kids brats and such..will humble themselves and read this story and remind themselves at how small and insignificant a 2 hour dinner is, compared to an empty house and the loss of a child.

A few months ago she died of face cancer.

I wish I had known you CD "family" when this was all happening. I had so many feelings and questions and had no idea how to deal with her illness and sickness with my kids let alone my own feelings. I could have used all of your advice and support so much. This is why I would like to share the life and family of sweet little Gaby with you. This family is the strongest most courageous family I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I can not say enough about them. They are very much keeping Gaby alive with all the awareness work they are doing. They have gone as far as to have 10,000 trees planted across Canada in Gaby's name. They are doing their best to keep Gaby's website going so the whole world can see what a wonderful brave girl she was.

Rest in peace sweet princess Gaby.
