Clearly it is, you know, with Rochester leading and all.

Notice the dark windows in the Rochester photo in OP. It's because it's all empty unwanted office space.

Hilarious when you consider in the last 23 years, Monroe County generally has lower unemployment or very similar unemployment with Charleston County. Charleston County slightly lower now, but history indicates they're quite similar.

Do you even know what unemployment rate is? It has nothing to do with number of jobs available but how many are looking for jobs despite the openings. That means that if there 1000 idiots with communications degrees protesting unfairness in the job market and wall street (despite their stupidity in picking a moronic degree) they count against the unemployment rate. This fact, renders the "rate" a useless statistic, even though the media likes to bounce it around from time to time.

My pick is Buffalo. The architecture is much more impressive here.

Both last year and this one we had conventions here for architecture -- Preservationists last year and Historians this year ( on now or just over) .

Buffalo definitely has areas with very impressive architecture, but the skyline, the topic here, is not so impressive. But it is a matter of opinion and it doesn't matter.

Those are nice views and I find the city hall building really interesting and striking. I'm curious where the 1st pic was taken.
