is this happening? I keep reading that it is, but I wonder if it's real estate broker propaganda or wishful thinking - or, the truth.
PJ has a convenient location, and sits at the confluence of the Delaware and Neversink rivers. It is also at the triangulation of three states - NY, NJ and PA. As prices in the NY metro area soar, I can see Port Jervis as a "New Frontier" for commuters.
Schools are not great by NJ, Westchester and Long Island standards, however, they could possibly improve with an influx of educationally minded people.
Please share your thoughts. Haven't been their in years.
