One thing that absolutely scares me, is that the presumptive new mayor of Buffalo, is an admitted socialist. What are those people thinking???

I think the first article/segment in the post above explains a lot. I also think the current mayor may be a write in candidate.

What is a Democratic socialist?: https://spectrumlocalnews.com/nys/ce...tic-socialist-

[/url]

From the article:

“Socialism is a big term, just like liberalism and conservativism,” Berman explained. “Socialists in the U.S. have been a relatively small faction. Democratic socialists want to see more government spending and more public interventions. They are fighting to move the Democratic Party to the left.”

At the same time, Berman said, Democratic socialists work within the framework of capitalism.

I guess they forgot to mention disinformation also to describe a socialist. (lying)

Capitalism is not involved. We don't even have a true capitalist society now.

Last, and most importantly, there's no mention of The Constitution. The Constitution for those that don't know, LIMITS the government invasion of our lives. Why would you give up your power over government when history consistently shows how bad it always ends?
