If you mean NYC, why would they pay for upgrades to a stadium in Jersey? Let East Rutherford pay for them.

That has nothing to do with Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. The stadium could be Shangri-La and those same losers would crap on it because it is in NJ. Don't waste your time worrying about that.
