Developers will find the next hell hole in NYC and buy up the properties and kick out the leeches and then have MSM make it seem like the next trendy area to live.

Another example is Ridgewood. Back then, you be embarrassed to tell people you live in Ridgewood.

So let's see if they can gentrify other ghettos in the next prime real estate.

Well done.

My opinion.
Some mechanics wrench for a living by changing parts.
Some people make a living by changing neighborhoods.


Zoning Laws are changed behind closed doors followed by
a stampede in the neighborhood knocking on doors offering
cash buy outs no questions asked.

Once investments are secured construction follows and
prices are inflated thru advertisements.

Once the money rolls in its onto the next
neighborhood and then the next.

After a few decades that once new neighborhood
eventually becomes old and decrepid. Rinse and Repeat.


What will you do when they come knocking on your door?
