society is devolving. Keep going and we will be on the cusp of collapse. People think it can't happen. Think again. There is nothing magic about american society that prevents a decline and collapse. Once the culture rots, it can happen. We are seeing the rapid decline taking place.

Homeless, druggies and zanies wear those hospital ID long after discharge. You probably have never noticed but look about in future. You'll see same persons wearing those bracelets for weeks.

He appears impoverished and I guess probably remain impoverished.
The money could have been better spent. $ 30-45 would get him a week
of groceries from the dollar store.
Years ago, I was with a group at work that went to see if we could help at a drop-in center in lower Manhattan. The guy running the place said no, the downtown restaurants gave them so much food that they sent it to other food pantries in the city, and he said, "sometimes these guys are eating lobster a restaurant didn't sell that day."
I'll take man eating lobster over some homeless smearing poop and **** all over the seats
or blasting music from a bluetooth speaker at a ignorant level
