bro snapped... what's crazy is the son ran towards him when he started firing. i'm not sure what he's looking to accomplish. he might've lived if he just ran inside the apartment with his mom instead.
So heartbreaking to read.
While I don’t condone the man’s violent behavior, I can see why the noise above made him snap. There is somewhat of a mental torture having to live with noisy neighbors!

Its not the natural state of humanity to live in such close proximity with unknowns.

Nah, this guy is a hot head with anger management issues. That's what got him bounced out of corrections.
From Daily News article previously linked.
"Pass had a short-lived career as a corrections officer at Sing Sing Correctional Facility in Westchester and was terminated in 2005, according to Department of Corrections and Community Supervision spokesperson Thomas Mailey.
The suspected gunman was fired from the department in June of that year, the same month The News reported he’d pulled a pistol on two plainclothes police officers in a road rage incident on Ralph Ave. in Flatlands, Brooklyn."

I wonder if he got more than fired from his job. I guess we’ll find out if he was convicted of the road rage incident involving two cops. Serious nutcase this guy. Those two family members getting killed over moving furniture, etc…
Pitiful circumstances.
This is why NYC can never have conceal carry licenses for the masses.
