The cop threw a plastic cooler at the perp who hit his head on the pavement and died. And. No surprise. The victim's sister said he was also a food deliveryman

I think the police did the wrong thing here, they should be using safe methods to make arrests. The accused is considered innocent until proven guilty.

The perp was selling drugs to an undercover cop. He was caught red handed.
