Yeah. I was just going to say that at least this doesn't seem to be mutating much. Though knowledge of this virus changes so often, who knows but for now...it seems like it's not a moving target.

No virus ever had a spotlight shine on it with such intensity. Why would it want to mutate now?

I left nearly 2 years ago, however many of my friends & family still live there. They all tell me it's been hell and that I'm lucky to not live there anymore.

NYC has become a ghoulish Hell Hole everyone I talk to is looking to leave ASAP or whenever they get the chance to get there financial situation straightened. I am talking about people who own homes not renters . It’s a sad situation

And once this is over, and people get back to work, that will be forgotten. With no business and no entertainment, there's not much reason to be in NYC. The reverse is very much true also.

I, for one, cannot wait for this mass exodus. Maybe all the people born and raised here like me can finally afford to purchase a home now.

If it wasn't for that pesky thing called family, We would have left a long time ago. Now just worrying about whats going to happen with this house I overpaid for 2 years ago. Trying to build a nice life in this city constantly feels like an uphill battle.
