Hey whats going on jay. Yea i've applied to a Related development before...and yes their applications are much more detailed than others. Im already on the waiting list for one and just applied to 2 more of their developments

Theres some coming up in the BX now..

sorry, I too many question.... in the app. it asks "identify any outstanding debts and payment terms." I have student load which require to pay 6months after i graduated. and I also applied a credit card to buy computer, which i pay 300/month.... this is my debts?? thank you!

Means the only way you'll no longer qualify for low income housing is if your income exceeds 170% of what you currently make. Which is a HUGE difference. So unless someone wins the lottery...or gets a strikes it big overnight..you dont really have anything to worry about

If you get a good job and triple your income a month after you sign the lease, what will happen then? I believe a lease is a lease, you will be untouchable until it expires. Am I right? Just curious.

If your within your lease nothing. Your rent wont change until your lease is up and they evaluate your income. So after that 1yr or 2yr lease...if your over 170% you'll no longer qualify for low income housing
