Boomers are all now either firmly in retirement age or getting darn close. Thus it was a natural given there would be some population shifts to south as Florida, Arizona and few other areas long have drawn large share of retirees for various reasons.
Everything else is simply fuel poured onto fire by NJ, NY and some other state or local governments in north.

All these people are very popular in the Republican Party, and they're popular because they are saying what is right and exposing the Democrats. You know why you scoff at their names? Its because the media and Democrats fear them, and tell you how silly, stupid they are and you're regurgitating what you have been told.
NJ Dems and Reps have been brainwashed for too long to accept whatever slime claws its way to the top. Slime, slime, slime. That's all NJ politicians are. NJ needs fresh, outsider disruptors, like Vivek Ramaswamy
