There's a beloved restaurant in Raleigh, NC called Sawmill Taproom that's been there 23 years.

Out of the clear blue and without explaining reasons, B&C told them a new lease would not be available.

I understand business is business, but there are ethical landlords and unethical. And remember these are the folks that demolished the Myrtle Beach Pavilion, a historical city landmark.
