Hi. Wondering about posts on fb on Little River crime? Is this true? Is it much worse than NMB? Seems as though (unsure if this is true) that condos are cheaper in Little River than in NMB. Is this why? I look on map and cannot tell why exactly LRiver would be that different than NMB........could someone please explain?
Thank you lots and lots!

In Little River, condos are cheaper cause you are further away from the beach. You are not able to take your golf across the Intracoastal waterway to the beach, which is what many people want to do. You don't get free beach parking. More people who purchase condos in LR live there permanently. Prices are higher in NMB due to higher potential rental income.

I would say that crime overall is basically the same between the two. There are areas in both that are anomalies, but nonetheless crime is not too bad.
