Considering buying a home in Shaftesbury Green. Any opinions on this development and any experience with the quality (or lack of) of H & H Homes? Any things we should be aware of or specific questions we should ask??

I have played shaftesbury many times over the years. Historically wet as wet can be however they made massive improvement to the course. Myrtle gets one inch out there they get four.

houses on top of houses
its miserable now because they are building like crazy, contractors and earth moving equipment, compressors day and night, trash, congestion, and by the size of it looks like itll be going on for years. houses on top of houses, if i could do it over again i wouldnt.
