I know there are tons of places to buy golf carts on the grand strand but looking for some personal recommendations. We will be in NMB area if that matters.

I ended up buying from Graham out of Surfside. Great service and good prices. I ordered a newly renovated 2017 model EZ Go. They set the speed switch at max and radar has clocked it at 24mph. Very happy so far.
