I am looking for suggestions. Planning a trip down in a few months. We are two sisters, 65 and 70, looking for two townhouses in the same development near the beach. We have four large senior dogs and figure we would each live in separate units with 2 dogs each until such time as our dogs lived out their lives. One of the dogs is my sister's service dog.
After that time, we plan to live in one townhouse and rent the other long term.
My wish list is:
1) close walk or moped ride to beach, restaurants, etc.
2) development with a pool
3) dog friendly
Crime is of course a consideration.
We do not want to spend more than $100k for each townhome. Older is fine, bc we will remodel.
Any suggestions on areas in Myrtle Beach are most welcome.
