I do not see office supply retailers opening additional stores with competition from Walmart Supercenter and less paper products and add-on products being used.
Several of the office supply stores such as Staples, Office Max, and Office Depot have merged or closed in recent years.

Based on all the utilities sprouting from the cement pad, it is hard to say. At first I was thinking gas station with a convenience store??? I get the feeling that other than Publix, the other spaces are waiting for occupants to rent them......
