There's a nice beach at Huntington Beach State Park, a fishing pier in Garden City, dozens of golf courses and hundreds of restaurants. If you want more amusements, drive north to the ferris wheel and many amusement parks in Myrtle Beach.

Am involved in many hiking, kayaking, cycling, and dancing (both contra and English Country/historical) groups here; enjoy theatre, ballet, symphony, festivals, and museums. Any there (Ripley's doesn't count)? Fear moving to an area where I won't "have a life" or find others with my interests.

There are much more of the cultural amenities in Wilmington, North Carolina, so please look there if they are important to you. Myrtle Beach thrives on entertaining the tourists who include kids, college students and bikers.

We are looking at purchasing. We located in Las Vegas right now so we have an agent in myrtle looking for us. I am needing to know what the pet policy is for community. Does your community have a website that might explain the policy. Thank you so much.
