All electric home? Heat pump? Full time? I currently pay Santee Cooper $26 a month for a 1800 sq ft townhouse, but am not there full time. Of the three places I pay electric, NJ is the most expensive and FL is the cheapest. SC is in between.....

Other factors...

How many people live in house?
Do you like a cold house in summer and real warm in winter?
E windows?
Tint on windows?
High or vaulted ceilings?
Age of home?
How close to ocean?
Are you a " gadget" guy?
