I have nice memories of Myrtle Beach the couple of times I visited over 20 yrs ago, and may consider moving there. We currently live in a very nice mobile home area in So Calif. We paid $30,000 for it 7 yrs ago and love the over all life there, but we pay $870.00 per month property rent. I am very curious if there are good Mobile parks, 55 and over, reasonably priced within a few miles of the ocean. Also maybe low cost modest condo's as well? We are more of the east coast type of people vs. the west coast.
You need to plan a visit to MB before you buy anything.
Lots has changed in the last 20 year since you were in MB.
Many good things like Market Commons, Boardwalk etc.
