Are there such things as 55+ condo complexes in Surfside Beach/Garden City area with indoor pool and are there rentals?
Also are there rentals available in 55+ developments in the area

I would prefer to rent before buying to ensure I like the area

"Seasons" in Prince Creek has an indoor pool (and outdoor), but I don't know about rentals. And if there are any available I'm sure they are longer term.....
