Looking for suggestions of condo complex that has some year-round people living there---not just all rentals. Any area from Cherry Hill to Garden City. thanks

Most complexes are year round resdidences, it's only the beachfront high-rises that are mostly visitors

Once you get off the beach you'll find many of what you are looking for.

I doubt you'll find anything oceanfront. It's just too tough living there.

Can I ask why you say it is too tough living oceanfront? Do they sell the 2 or 3 bedroom suites in the high rises or are they just rentals?

Most all of the high rise resorts are "condos" that can be purchased if there any available. Most of the rentals at places like Compass Cove and Carribean are rented by the resort on behalf of owners.

They sell them but most people don't want to live in them because different people (vacationers) are in and out of them all the time. Also, the condo fees are very high on the beach so most want the rental income to cover expenses.

Insurance is also very high depending on how close you are to the beach.

I found the condo fees to be outrageous beachfront, yet a mile/two inland much more affordable.
