Have I explored it? no. Just in passing by do I want to explore it? no. You can buy a house for under $100K though, I looked on Zilllow.
P.S. Sorry if I am talking about someones neighborhood that is on here and it is actually really great.

I would agree but if you drive further down on that end, there's a bunch of very nice sub-divisions. As far as Zillow, the prices are almost never accurate. Best bet is to look on realtor.com and have a good Realtor helping.
