The past two times I have taken my GMC to Hyatt GMC for service, instead sitting in the waiting area and reading, I did my exercise walk to Broadway at the Beach and around the facility a couple times to put in my miles. Of couse at 9:30 am the place is empty and most of the stores are closed.

Today the light was great. I was kicking myself as I walked for not having my Nikon with me (the best pictures I never took are in my mind's eye when I am without my camera). Anyway, without any crowds you can easily see the beauty of the place. So colorful, bright and (at least at that time of day) so clean.

I could not help but wonder how much money it takes to keep the place going? All the running water, the sounds and the lights. Do they really get enough tourists to support the place? I hope so, because it is unique IMHO.

I've trained for many marathons running the laps around Broadway!

Yes, the facility is absolutely jam packed from Memorial Day to Labor Day until midnight every single day.

I managed at store there and it was crazy.
