Hi All!

I have a job interview in Conway next week and cross your fingers I get it! I love the general area, have family about an hour away in OIB, love the beach, etc etc etc. I've read some things about Carolina Forest (I believe that's what it was called) and it seems a very family-oriented type of place. Could anyone recommend some locales that would be better suited to a single, 25-30 y/o, no kids, prefer to not necessarily be right on top of a whole bunch of people with kids, living alone so safety is important. Places you'd let your sister or daughter live and you'd be comfortable with it. If I do get the offer, I won't have a whole lot of time to really look and research so any help you can give would be great!

CF has a lot of families but it's really a mix of singles, retirees, college students also. It's a very convenient location to everything including Conway. If you don;t mind driving a little further for work my suggestion would be Surfside. Lot's to do, mix of people, close to the beach. Good luck!

Default New to the area

I just moved to Carolina Forest from out of state and it has its pros and cons. I am also single and live alone and my complex is very nice and quiet. I feel safe here so that's always a plus. The thing I do not like is all of the traffic near 501. There are a lot of people because of the schools so it can be a pain to get around. Hope that helps!
