Darth Vader - "Your lack of faith is disturbing."
The Second Terminator - Now THAT is relentless.
Auric Goldfinger - "No Mr. Bond! I expect you to die!"
Wicked Witch of the West - "Who killed my sister? Who killed the Witch of the East? Was it you?" She meant business!
Godzilla - Imagine seeing that out the window of your paper-walled house.
Dracula - Talk about a villain that never dies. Evil yet alluring, we envy and revile him at the same time. Lugosi's image is still, 70 years later, Dracula personified.

Special Mention - Mary Astor, Peter Lorre, and Sydney Greenstreet in The Maltese Falcon. What an ensemble!! Classic villains for the ages all in one place at one time.

P.S. - It's not, "Tavington," it's Colonel Bannastre Tarleton. He actually wasn't as evil as all that and wasn't killed by Marion. After his career in the army he became a member of parliament and later died in his bed of old age. The Patriot has as much do with American history as 300 has to do with the Battle of Thermopylae.

Too easy! Without a doubt it's Boris Badenov (Rocky and Bullwinkle show) who was an active member of Local 12 of the Villains, Thieves, and Scoundrels Union. He also proclaimed himself as "the world's greatest no-goodnik".

I second that!
