Hey I must admit when I saw the article on my FB news feed , I was like how do they know Mellowboy LOL. Where will the second phase go ? And just as Mobilemom mentioned the info did come from a realtor.

Also the fact that Panama City has a D&B gives me hope for Mobile.

McGowin Park will have two more phases of development.

Mobile's McGowin Park could house first-ever connected Dick's Sporting Goods, Field & Stream design | AL.com

"Williams also told members of the council a furniture store and more restaurants can be expected in McGowin Park's soon-to-begin second phase and said a third phase closer to Halls Mill Road could include a grocery store."

But, with the exception of only a couple of those chains listed, there is a locally-owned equivalent that meets or exceeds the quality or quantity in question. Locally owned restaurants typically contribute far more to the local economy and landscape than a nationally-owned one.

Looks like Jared - The Galleria of Jewelry is headed to McGowin Park

This would be the second location in Alabama and the second along the central Gulf Coast.

Jared the Galleria of Jewelry - McGowin Park - Friedlander - Mobile AL
