Inbreeding? I've never heard that stereotype about MN. I suppose a Minnesota accent could have been developed through inbreedingYep

Santos says--------"I get pegged--------It's the inbreeding"

sorry to hear about your inbreeding

Hope it doesn't cause you other problems besides just your accent

Accent yes, but also some sayings like, "Do you want to go with?" I will "borrow" you something .[instead of lend]. " You know", or "you know what I mean" after saying something. Saying "jah" instead of "jeah".

Of course, we do because without an accent, then we can't talk! Plain and simple, son!

Minnesota accent?! It’s a myth, don’t ya knooo?! Just like the ever more insane phrase “Minnesota Nice”.
Example of a conversation in MN:
Hey, how you doin’?!
Helllloooo, how are youuuuuu??!!!
Then a long smile…
So, what you doin’?!
I’m putzing around in the garden.
You what? Are you a putz?
Nooo, what do ya’ mean?
You putting what in the garden?
Nooo, I’m putzing… don’t ya’ knooo what that means?
No, I don’t and that’s why I’m asking you straight up what the … is it you’re saying?! Or should I use the Minnesota passive aggressive approach where I make believe I know what you’re saying but I really don’t, but it doesn’t matter because this way your feelings aren’t hurt?! Yeah, I think I’ll stick with the passive thing. It’s easier!
Etc….

"Hey teacher, he budged."
"Cold enough for ya yet?"
Any word with a long "O" gets stretched out.

Several decades ago I was with a group of internationals from South Africa, New Zealand, Switzerland, Germany, Zambia, and some other places. There was also a gentleman there from Minnesota. After he spoke, some wanted to know where his accent was from. He was shocked that someone thought he had an accent, because we were in Minnesota, and he was not conscious of having any accent. The internationals thought differently.
